This no-bake Cherry Delight dessert features a buttery Graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and a tart cherry topping. Easy to make and perfect for summer!

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full sheets)
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

For the filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Crust: Add melted butter to a bowl. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into a 9×9 dish.
  2. Filling: Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  • Soften cream cheese before whipping.
  • Soften Cool Whip before mixing.
