Shredded Cheddar Cheese:

2 cups, divided

Chicken Thighs or Breasts:

2 1/2-3 pounds, boneless skinless, 1/2-inch thick pieces

Salt:

1 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1 teaspoon

Garlic Powder:

1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F:
  2. Whisk together the Knorr rice packets, broth, soup, water, broccoli, and 1/2 cup cheese in a baking dish.
  3. Season chicken and place into the rice mixture, then top with cheese.
