These Easy Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal featuring shredded chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce layered with melted Monterey Jack cheese on buttery toasted brioche buns. Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 12 count brioche slider buns (or brioche dinner rolls, sliced in half)
  • 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Buffalo Chicken: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, toss the cooked, shredded chicken with buffalo hot sauce until fully coated. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
  2. Assemble Sliders: Arrange the brioche slider buns cut side up in a small baking dish or on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Heluva Good! Buttermilk Ranch Dip on the bottom halves of the buns. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the ranch, then spoon the buffalo chicken atop the cheese, smoothing it out into an even layer. Place the top halves of the buns over the chicken to form sliders.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter and Bake: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in minced garlic and chopped flat-leaf parsley until well combined. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the top slider buns. Place the assembled sliders in the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until the cheese melts and the buns start to brown.
