These Easy Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are a delightful and healthy treat made from just three simple ingredients. Perfect as a refreshing snack or a light dessert, they combine creamy yogurt swirled with flavorful jam and fresh blueberries. With minimal prep and freezing time, these bite-sized frozen delights are an effortless way to enjoy a sweet, guilt-free snack any time.

Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture

  • ½1 cup plain, vanilla, or coconut yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons smooth jam (such as raspberry)

Fruit

  • Fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Yogurt and Jam: Swirl 1-2 tablespoons of jam into ½ to 1 cup of your choice of yogurt. Mix gently to create a marbled effect without fully blending the jam in.
  2. Fill the Molds – First Layer: Fill each silicone candy mold about two-thirds full with the yogurt and jam mixture.
  3. Add Blueberries: Place one fresh or frozen blueberry into each mold, pressing it in slightly so it is submerged within the yogurt.
  4. Top with More Yogurt: Add additional yogurt mixture to overfill each mold slightly, then use an offset spatula or butter knife to smooth off excess yogurt, creating a clean, even surface.
  5. Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze until solid, for at least 3 hours or up to overnight.
  6. Unmold and Store: Pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • To make it a 2-ingredient recipe, choose yogurt that comes with jam in a separate compartment.
  • Try different yogurt flavors such as plain, vanilla, coconut, or honey for variety.
  • For the best jam incorporation, use smooth jams like raspberry or remove large fruit pieces before swirling.
  • Use silicone molds holding 1-2 teaspoons for perfect bite-sized portions.
