Ingredients

Ground Beef:

Frozen Diced Potatoes:

  • 4 cups

Shredded Cheddar Cheese:

  • 1 cup

Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz)

Onion (optional):

  • 1 small, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook beef and onion: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the beef, potatoes, and soup until well combined.
