Made with just 5 simple ingredients, this delicious Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip appetizer is perfect for parties, tailgates, family gatherings, or just a low-key snack-filled weekend at home!

Ingredients

Canned Chicken

  • 4 cups canned chicken, drained (about two large cans)

Cream Cheese

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (two packages)

Buffalo Hot Sauce

  • 1 cup buffalo hot sauce

Ranch Dressing

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Cheddar Cheese

  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cut cream cheese into small chunks. This will make melting easier. (16 ounces cream cheese)
  2. Add all ingredients to the crockpot: chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese, and mix to combine. (4 cups canned chicken, 1 cup buffalo hot sauce, 1 cup ranch dressing, 1.5 cups cheddar cheese)
  3. Cover and turn heat on low for 3-4 hours or high heat for 1-2 hours, stirring frequently (approximately every 30 minutes) so cream cheese will melt and mix into the mixture.
