Ingredients

Eggs:

  • 6 large eggs

Cottage Cheese Mixture:

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese (2% fat)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup crumbled cooked beef
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 or 10-inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
