Ingredients
Fettuccine Pasta:
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Alfredo Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
Cook Fettuccine: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet, season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, stir in heavy cream, simmer, add Parmesan cheese gradually until creamy.
Combine and Serve: Return shrimp to the skillet, add fettuccine, toss in Alfredo sauce, cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley before serving.
