Creamy Ground Beef and Bowtie Pasta is a comforting, one-pan meal combining tender bowtie pasta with seasoned ground beef in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

½ cup medium onion, diced

2 teaspoons minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

3 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3 cups dry bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onions and minced garlic over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir to crumble the beef. Drain excess grease if desired. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Stir in beef broth and heavy whipping cream, then add bowtie pasta. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
  3. Cover skillet and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
