Ingredients

Puff Pastry:

  • 400g Puff pastry

Strawberry Filling:

  • 100g Fresh Strawberries
  • 8 teaspoons Strawberry jam

Whipped Cream:

  • 100ml Whipping cream (sweetened with a few tablespoons of icing sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon White cocoa syrup

Additional:

  • About 2 tablespoons Icing sugar for sprinkling
  • Melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cut and Shape Pastry: Cut hearts or rectangles from the puff pastry. If using rectangles, use half the pastry; if hearts, use the full 400g. Save off-cuts for later use as a pie base.
