This Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon recipe features succulent wild-caught salmon filled with a decadent mixture of jumbo lump crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and flavorful seasonings. Baked to perfection, this dish is a showstopper for any special occasion.

Ingredients

Salmon:

  • 2 large 16 oz filets Wild Caught Salmon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay

Stuffing:

  • 1 8 oz cup Jumbo Lump Crab
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp Badia complete seasoning
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika separated
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare garlic, parsley, and green onions. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Shrimp: In a pan, cook shrimp with garlic and paprika until browned. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Stuffing: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, crab, shrimp, cheeses, and seasonings.
  4. Stuff Salmon: Season salmon with salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Fill one filet with stuffing, place the other filet on top.
  5. Bake: Bake the stuffed salmon with butter for 20 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes. Top with remaining stuffing and parsley.
  6. Serve: Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
