Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients until smooth. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  3. Make the filling: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Swirl half of the filling into the batter.
