Chicken Caesar Wraps are the perfect fusion of a classic Caesar salad and a satisfying, portable meal. Filled with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, freshly grated Parmesan, and crunchy homemade croutons, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. This quick and easy wrap is perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner. It’s a customizable dish, ideal for using up leftover chicken, and can be prepared in just 15 minutes!
Romaine lettuce
Grilled, fried, or rotisserie chicken
Caesar dressing
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Homemade croutons
Large tortillas (about 10 inches)
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss everything well using tongs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the tortillas in a pan over medium heat for 15-30 seconds per side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave the tortillas between paper towels for 15-30 seconds.
Lay the warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture between the tortillas, placing it in the center.
Fold in opposite sides of the tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style. Optionally, secure the wraps with a toothpick.
Serve the wraps whole or cut in half.
If you’re looking for a lighter option, try using spinach or whole wheat tortillas.
For easier biting, you can crush the croutons before adding them to the wrap.
The wraps are best enjoyed the same day but can be stored in the fridge for up to 6-8 hours.
