This homemade Chicken Bouillon Powder is a healthy, flavorful, and preservative-free alternative to store-bought versions. It can be used as a broth substitute or seasoning in various dishes.

Ingredients

2 cups nutritional yeast

1/3 cup salt

1/4 cup garlic powder

1/4 cup onion powder

1/4 cup dried basil

1/4 cup dried oregano

1/4 cup dried rosemary

12 tbsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture forms a fine powder.
  3. To make broth, use 1 tablespoon of the bouillon powder for every 8 oz of hot water.

Notes

  • For a low-sodium version, reduce the salt to 1/4 cup or less.
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce the black pepper or add extra nutritional yeast.
