  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast the Potatoes: Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Add the Sausage: Top the roasted potatoes with sliced smoked sausage and mix to distribute evenly.
  6. Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potato and sausage mixture and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and/or green onions, and serve with sour cream if desired.
