Cheesy Chicken Pasta Bake is a comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, creamy sauces, and gooey cheese for a satisfying meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed

Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cheese:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine ingredients: Add cooked pasta, cubed chicken, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  5. Assemble: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Add cheese: Top with remaining cheddar cheese and all of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
