Buttercream Frosting

  • 2 tablespoons full-cream (whole) milk, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Add Butter: Add the softened unsalted butter to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
  2. Initial Mixing: Begin mixing the butter on low speed, then increase to the highest speed and mix for 5 minutes until the butter becomes fluffy and turns pale in color.
