Shredded Mozzarella:

  • 1 1/2 cups

Shredded Parmesan (optional):

  • 1/4 cup

Cooked Crumbled Sausage:

  • 1/4 cup

Finely Chopped Pepperoni:

  • 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500˚F.
  2. Place a 12-inch cast iron skillet in the oven and heat for 10 minutes.

  3. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and add the olive oil.
  4. Move the pan around to coat the skillet with the oil and then carefully spread the dough evenly over the bottom of the skillet pressing the excess up the sides of the pan.

  5. Spoon the pizza sauce over the dough in an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle both cheeses over the surface of the dough, going to the edge of the crust for crispy, golden bits.

  7. Evenly distribute both the sausage and pepperoni over the cheese.
  8. Return the skillet to the oven and bake the pizza for approximately 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into slices and serving.
