Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
