Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Other Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 ounces bag of tortilla chips (about of the bag)
  • Optional garnish: sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and grease a 12-cup bundt pan.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Seasoning: Stir in water and taco seasoning, cooking until liquid evaporates.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Layer cheese, beef mixture, and chips in the bundt pan.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Flip and Serve: Invert the pan onto a plate, remove the pan, and top with garnishes before serving.
