  • 1 Tbsp water

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven and Dish: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper to enhance flavor.
