These Big Mac Wraps are a delicious, quick, and easy twist on the classic Big Mac burger, featuring homemade Big Mac sauce, seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and shredded cheddar cheese, all wrapped in soft tortillas for a satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Beef Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste (optional)

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 soft taco size tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce, to taste
  • Sliced dill pickles, to taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, to taste
  • ½ yellow onion, diced (remaining half)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles, 1 tablespoon mustard, 3 tablespoons ketchup, and ½ teaspoon paprika until smooth. Refrigerate the sauce until needed to let the flavors meld.
  2. Cook the Beef Mixture: Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and half of the diced yellow onion. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spatula, until the beef is thoroughly cooked and the onions are soft, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste.
  3. Drain Excess Grease: If there is any excess grease in the skillet, carefully drain it to avoid soggy wraps. Transfer the cooked beef and onions to a bowl for easier assembly.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the 4 soft taco size tortillas on a clean surface. On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, sliced dill pickles, the cooked beef mixture, the remaining diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of the prepared Big Mac sauce. You may arrange these ingredients in any order you prefer.
  5. Fold and Serve: Fold each tortilla snugly to form a wrap. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes

  • You can customize the amount of cheese, pickles, and sauce to suit your preference.
  • For a healthier option, use lean ground beef or substitute with ground turkey.
  • If you prefer a spicier sauce, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the Big Mac sauce.
  • These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be wrapped in foil and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly before assembling for easier folding and better texture.
