Ingredients

Broccoli Mixture:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Greasing:

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, then chop.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheeses, eggs, flour, and seasonings.
  3. Form balls: Roll mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Optionally, broil for extra crispness.
