Ingredients

Brown Sugar/Cinnamon Mixture

  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Apple Bread Loaf Recipe

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk or almond milk, room temperature

Chopped Apple Mixture

  • 2 large apples, like Granny Smith, peeled and chopped small

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown Sugar/Cinnamon Mixture – Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Apple Bread Loaf Recipe – Whisk flour and baking powder. Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour and milk.
  3. Chopped Apple Mixture – Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon.
