Ingredients

Zucchini Slices:

  • 4 medium zucchinis, about 1.5 pounds

Seasoning Blend:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Zucchini: Wash, dry, and slice zucchinis into rounds.
  2. Create Seasoning Blend: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat Zucchini: Toss zucchini slices in the seasoning blend.
