Air Fryer Taco Bombs will give your family’s taco night a kick! They come out crunchy on the outside with a savory, gooey cheese center.

Ingredients

Canned Biscuits:

  • 1 can refrigerated canned biscuits

Ground Beef:

  • 1 pound ground beef

Taco Seasoning:

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Cheddar Cheese Cubes:

  • 24 cubes cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: Cook ground beef on medium-high heat. Add seasonings and cook until meat is browned.
  2. Prepare Biscuits: Open biscuits and separate dough. Lightly roll biscuit flat.
  3. Fill and Seal: Spoon a tablespoon of cooked taco meat onto the dough, then top with cheese. Pull dough up and over the mixture, pinching sides to seal.
  4. Air Fry: Place bombs in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Serve hot with salsa or preferred sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Using shredded cheddar cheese can work, but cutting small cheese cubes helps prevent leaking.
  • If the dough doesn’t seal completely, brush the sides with water or egg wash to ensure a secure seal. Brushing with melted butter enhances browning and crispiness.
