2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
Toss the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place the chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Heat the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once the chicken is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds to make them pliable.
To assemble, place a few pieces of buffalo chicken in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes at 380°F (190°C) to crisp the wrap.
Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
You can use frozen chicken, but make sure it is fully thawed before slicing and seasoning.
For a vegetarian version, replace the chicken with cauliflower florets for a spicy buffalo cauliflower wrap.
If you want to reduce the heat, use a mild buffalo sauce or add less sauce.
