These Air Fryer Chicken Skewers are juicy and flavorful, marinated in spices and brushed with garlic herb butter. A quick and easy weeknight meal ready in less than an hour!

Ingredients

Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into 2” pieces
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Garlic Herb Butter:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thigh into 2 inch pieces and place in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add to chicken with avocado oil, marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Make garlic herb butter: Heat butter in a pot, add minced garlic, honey, and parsley. Stir and set aside.
  3. Skewer chicken onto bamboo skewers. Air fry at 400F for 10 mins, flip, and air fry for 6-8 mins more until cooked through.
  4. Top with parsley and brush with garlic herb butter before serving.
