This foolproof recipe creates tender and flavorful air fryer chicken breasts seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Seasoning:

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Create Seasoning Paste: In a small bowl, combine the salt and spices with oil to create a paste.
  2. Coat Chicken: Coat chicken breasts with the paste.
  3. Air Fry: Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 370-degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 4-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160-degrees.
  4. Rest and Serve: Tent the chicken with tin foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • If using Diamond Kosher Salt, increase the amount to 1 teaspoon due to lower sodium content.
