This 4-Ingredient Green Juice recipe is a quick and easy way to boost your energy and immune system with a refreshing blend of sweet pineapple, fresh spinach, ginger, and lemon. Perfectly balanced for a delicious cold-pressed juice, it’s both nutritious and revitalizing.

Ingredients

Produce

  • 2 cups (473.18 g) fresh pineapple chunks, peeled
  • 6 cups (180 g) baby spinach
  • 3 small celery stalks
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger root
  • 1 peeled lemon, seeds removed

Instructions

  1. Prepare your produce: If your spinach is not pre-washed, wash it thoroughly and dry it well to avoid watery juice. Wash the celery and dry similarly. Remove the rind from the pineapple and cut it into chunks suitable for your juicer. Peel the lemon and remove any seeds. The ginger can be used with or without its peel.
  2. Add produce to juicer: Start by adding the ginger and spinach first as they are lighter and smaller. Then add the pineapple chunks and celery stalks. This helps ensure efficient juicing and better extraction.
  3. Start juicing: Turn on your juicer and feed the produce through. Use a cold-pressed juicer or similar type like the Nama J3 for best results.
  4. Serve & enjoy: Pour the fresh juice into glasses or jars. Add ice cubes if you prefer it chilled. Drink immediately for maximum freshness or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, shaking before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe yields approximately 2 cups (500 mL) of juice, which serves one large or two small portions.
  • Adjust sweetness by increasing pineapple or reducing spinach; reduce sweetness by increasing celery or spinach and decreasing pineapple.
  • Store leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before consuming.
