Ingredients

Pecanbread:

  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, beaten eggs, and vegetable oil. Gradually mix in self-rising flour and salt. Add vanilla extract. Fold in chopped pecans.
  3. Bake: Pour batter into the greased dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
