Ingredients

Noodles:

  • 6 oz Roland® Organic Udon Noodles

Sauce and Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (plus additional for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Roland® Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped (plus additional for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the Noodles: Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Heat the neutral oil in a saucepan until sizzling hot.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add the cooked noodles and top with soy sauces, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, green onions, garlic, cilantro, and sriracha.
  4. Finish the Dish: Pour the hot oil over the noodle mixture. Toss well to coat evenly. Garnish with additional green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of spiciness by increasing or decreasing the amount of sriracha sauce.
