A comforting and hearty casserole that elevates the classic Sloppy Joe into a cheesy baked pasta delight, ideal for quick family dinners.

Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cans Manwich sauce

Pasta and Cheese:

  • 12 oz farfalle (bowtie) pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup shredded Velveeta
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Return beef to pot. Stir in Manwich sauce, cooked pasta, and Velveeta until well combined and Velveeta is melted.
  4. Transfer to Dish: Spread mixture in baking dish. Top with Colby-Jack cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
