This homemade pickle dip is simple to make with cream cheese, sour cream, and dill pickles and is simply wonderful to eat. For best results, chill the dip for a few hours or overnight to thicken and the flavors to blend. Serve cold or at room temperature with potato chips.

Ingredients

Sour Cream:

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Cream Cheese:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Dill Pickles:

  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles

Flavorings:

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and dill together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Stir in dill pickle juice to taste.
  3. Serve with potato chips and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add chopped green chile peppers for a spicy pickle dip.
