Ingredients

Yogurt Bites

  • 1 cup thick yogurt (Greek or coconut)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter (or sub peanut butter/protein powder)
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 34 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Dates (halved/rolled into balls or chopped)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Topping

  • 1 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine Yogurt Mixture: Mix all yogurt bite ingredients (except dates) until smooth.
  2. Prep Dates: Remove pits, roll into balls, or chop and fold into mixture.
  3. Fill Muffin Tin: Distribute yogurt mixture, add date ball to each, top with chocolate.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Combine chocolate and coconut oil, melt, and top each bite.
  5. Freeze: Freeze for 2-3 hours, top with sea salt before serving.
  6. Store: Keep in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Leftovers last up to a month in the freezer.
  • Protein powder can be added; omit powdered peanut butter.
  • Use thick yogurt for best results.
