A quick and easy recipe for a hearty One Pot Chicken and Noodles Skillet, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner. This dish is flavorful and comforting, combining tender chicken, creamy noodles, and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients

For the Chicken and Noodles Skillet:

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 (10 oz can) Cream of chicken soup (do not add water)
  • 10 ounces egg noodles
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups diced rotisserie chicken
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, combine chicken stock, chicken bouillon, and cream of chicken soup. Bring to a boil. Whisk until combined.
  2. Add the egg noodles, stir, cover, and reduce heat to low. Let the pasta cook for 8-9 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid, add butter and diced chicken, and stir until the butter is melted.
