Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Wet Ingredients:
1¼ cups butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Additional:
3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1½ cups raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; whisk together.
Beat wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Combine mixtures: Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients; mix until fully combined. Add oats and mix until well combined. Fold in raisins.
Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are slightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
