Ingredients
Chicken:
- 650 g Boneless & skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Other Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 170 g Sun dried tomatoes, drained and very finely chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 250 g Dried pasta
- 650 ml Chicken stock
- 150 ml Double cream
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 120 g Spinach
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a large, deep frying pan, heat the oil, add chicken and cook until colored.
- Add Ingredients: Add garlic, sun dried tomatoes, oregano, and paprika. Stir until garlic is softened.
- Cook Pasta: Add pasta and stock, cook until pasta is done.
- Finish Dish: Add spinach and cream, cook until wilted. Stir in parmesan.

- Use olive oil or oil from the sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
