Ingredients

Ladyfingers:

  • 12 ounces Ladyfingers (2 packs)
  • ¾ cup lemonade

Lemon Curd Layer:

  • 1 ½ cups lemon curd

Whipped Cream Layer:

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ⅔ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup instant lemon pudding mix
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese

Garnish:

  • lemon slices (optional)
  • strawberries (optional)
  • fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ladyfingers: Dip ladyfingers in lemonade and layer in a baking dish.
  2. Layer Lemon Curd: Spread half of the lemon curd over ladyfingers.
  3. Whip Cream: Beat cream, lemon zest, sugar, and pudding mix until thick. Add mascarpone.
  4. Assemble Tiramisu: Layer ladyfingers, remaining lemon curd, and cream mixture.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with lemon slices, strawberries, or mint before cutting into squares.
