Ingredients

Mushrooms:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 16 ounces whole or sliced mushrooms
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
