These air fryer ground beef egg rolls are a delicious twist on traditional egg rolls. Filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and optional relish, they are crispy on the outside and savory on the inside. Perfect for a quick appetizer or a fun meal!

Ingredients

Egg Rolls:

  • 812 large egg roll wrappers

Ground Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef, precooked and drained
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup dill relish (optional)
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese (optional)

Additional:

  • Spray olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef on the stovetop, then drain and mix with onion powder, salt, pepper, dill relish, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Fill Egg Roll Wrappers: Place egg roll wrapper on a cutting board, add 2 tbsp of the ground beef mix in the center, and fold into egg rolls.
  4. Cook in Air Fryer: Spray the egg rolls with olive oil, then air fry at 360°F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes

  • If pan-frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the egg rolls on medium-high heat until golden brown on all sides.
