Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 16 oz mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 9 cups Rice Krispie cereal

Spiced White Chocolate Drizzle:

  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a 9×13 baking dish or line with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows, molasses, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Stir continuously until melted. Add vanilla extract and combine. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispie cereal.
  3. Press and Cool: Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Press lightly to flatten. Let cool to room temperature.
  4. Make White Chocolate Drizzle: Melt white chocolate chips, butter, cinnamon, and ginger in a heat-proof bowl over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  5. Decorate and Serve: Drizzle white chocolate over treats, add sprinkles if desired, and allow to set before cutting into squares.
