Ingredients

Dough Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Greek Plain Yogurt or Stonyfield Organic Traditional Whole Milk Plain Yogurt

Garlic-Butter Coating Ingredients:

  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Knots: Combine flour and yogurt until a shaggy dough forms. Knead until smooth. Divide into 4 pieces, flatten into rectangles, and slice into strips. Form knots.
  2. Brush with olive oil and let rise: Brush knots with oil and let rise. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Bake: Bake knots for 12-15 minutes until browned.
  4. Garlic Glaze: Melt butter, cook garlic, add salt and parsley. Brush knots with garlic-butter mixture.
