Cool and creamy Dill Pickle Dip loaded with chopped pickles, herby dill, and spices, perfect for parties, BBQ’s, potlucks, or as an easy entertaining dip.

Ingredients

Sour Cream Dip:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Seasonings:

  • 1 cup chopped pickles (approx. 5 spears + extra for garnish)
  • 1 tsp dried dill OR 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors meld.
  3. Serve: Optionally garnish with chopped pickles. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, crackers, or chips.

Notes

  • Both regular and ‘light’ sour cream work well.
  • For a spicy kick, try with Habanero Garlic Pickles.

  • Dried dill may also be labeled as ‘dill weed’.
