  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix brownie batter: In a bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, red food coloring, vinegar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt; mix until just combined.
