These Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful appetizer that combines the creaminess of brie cheese with the sweetness of cranberry sauce, all wrapped up in a flaky pastry. Perfect for holiday gatherings or any party!

Ingredients

Crescent Dough:

  • 1 (8-oz.) tube crescent dough

Brie Filling:

  • Cooking spray
  • All-purpose flour, for surface
  • 1 (8-oz.) wheel of brie
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into 1” pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a mini (24-cup) muffin tin with cooking spray. Roll out crescent dough on a floured surface, cut into squares, and place in muffin cups.
  2. Add filling: Cut brie into small pieces and place inside dough squares. Top with cranberry sauce, pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
  3. Bake: Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
