  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

For the Caramel Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
