Crispy, tender salmon pieces coated in a creamy sweet-spicy bang bang sauce. A perfect blend of textures and flavors for an impressive dish.

Ingredients

Salmon Bites:

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder.
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional).
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha.
  • 1 teaspoon honey.
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice.

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with oil and seasonings. Make sure the salmon is evenly coated.
  2. Cook salmon in a hot skillet 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Ensure it is cooked through but still tender.
  3. Bake at 400°F on a lined sheet for 10-12 minutes. This helps to finish cooking the salmon.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. For a crispy texture.
  5. Whisk together mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Adjust to taste.
  6. Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with sauce and garnish. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Can use any preferred cooking method.
