Ingredients
Chicken:
1–1.5 lb chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
Sesame Chicken Sauce:
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp honey
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp sesame seeds for topping (optional)
2 tbsp green onions, diced (optional)
Instructions
Prepare Chicken: In a bowl, mix diced chicken with cornstarch, salt, pepper, and soy sauce until well coated.
Preheat Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 380 degrees F and preheat for 5 minutes.
Cook Chicken: Spray basket with non-stick spray, add coated chicken, and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
Make Sauce: In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, heat until bubbling, then add cooked chicken. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
