Ingredients
Potatoes:
4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon gold)
Butter Mixture:
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
Cut Potatoes: Place knives on either side of the potatoes and cut slices 3 to 4mm apart. Set aside.
Prepare Butter Mixture: Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over potatoes.
Cook in Air Fryer: Bake potatoes at 375°F for 10 minutes. Add more butter mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy and tender.
Serve: Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure potatoes are not sliced all the way through.
