Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon gold)

Butter Mixture:

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut Potatoes: Place knives on either side of the potatoes and cut slices 3 to 4mm apart. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Butter Mixture: Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over potatoes.
  3. Cook in Air Fryer: Bake potatoes at 375°F for 10 minutes. Add more butter mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy and tender.
  4. Serve: Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
